What are the benefits of Karate and fitness in schools?

These classes are a great way for the children to let off steam whilst learning new skills. Exercise in general is proven to lift moods and Karate can certainly help towards teaching the children how to focus amongst many other things.

“Over the years I’ve known Dave Shaw I’ve watched his karate develop and grow. lt’s progressive, highly effective and honest. He always has his students best interest at heart. Always moving forward, always willing to learn, always ready to help. A great training partner and instructor”
