Class Overview
Small groups and 1 to 1 sessions are great for those that may not have the time to attend classes or are looking for more personal or focused training. These sessions are bespoke to your requirements so are ideal for those looking for extra preperation training before gradings, or far anyone wanting to have stand alone karate or self defence classes.
Lessons Include:
Depending on requirements but generally consists of the following:
- Light warm up
- Stretches
- padwork
- Partner work
- Self defence and the law

How many private lessons do I need?
Private 1 to 1 or small group sessions can be booked as one off sessions or block bookings can be made.
